Ms. Davis went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Social Work from the prestigious Columbia University in New York, in addition to obtaining a second Master's from Touro College. Ms. Davis later achieved NY State Certification as a Principal.

After having spent 16 years in City Government, Gail Davis established a consultant company working closely with failing non-profits. It was through that  effort, that Round-the-Clock Nursery Inc. (RCN) was born.

In 1997, RCN started out in a 2 bedroom apartment with her infant son and an additional child. Since that time, Gail Davis has nurtured and raised hundreds of children.

Over the last two years, Ms. Davis instituted a 529 College Fund for her graduating 5 year olds. This program allows Ms. Davis to monitor the progress of a number of her students until college.

RCN is credited for being an innovative, high quality, early childhood program meeting the needs of parents 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
