ABOUT ROUND THE CLOCK NURSERY
Gail Davis welcomes you to Round The Clock Nursery

Gail Davis is the CEO of Round The Clock Nursery. Before her role as CEO of RCN, she worked for ACS as a Social Worker. Gail Davis is most noted for her outstanding leadership and service as a Social Worker, teacher, mentor, scholar, and advocate for children.
Born on the island of Trinidad, Ms. Davis immigrated in 1970 to the United States. She attended Touro College and graduated with a BS in Business Administration. Ms. Davis went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the prestigious Columbia University in New York.
She then obtained a second Master’s from Touro College in Administration and Supervision and is state-certified. After spending 16 years in City Government, Gail Davis established a consultant company working closely with failing non-profits. It was through that effort that Round-the-Clock Nursery Inc. (RCN) was born.
In 1997, RCN started in a two-bedroom apartment with her infant son and an additional child. Since that time, Gail Davis has nurtured and raised hundreds of children. In 2008, Ms. Davis instituted a 529 College Fund for her graduating 5-year-olds. This program allows Ms. Davis to monitor and support the progress of a number of her students until college. Round The Clock Nursery is credited for being an innovative, high-quality early childhood program meeting the needs of parents and children.
Our Philosophy
We respect the individual needs of all our students and believe that with the proper guidance and direction, they can all succeed. Our educational approach empowers our students to hone their skills creatively and passionately.

Round The Clock Nursery is committed to supporting, loving, caring for, developing, and teaching the children entrusted to our care by putting their needs first. Every child is unique, and we at RCN believe in respecting the diversity of families, cultures, languages, and traditions of the children of Round The Clock Nursery.
Our curriculum encourages child-initiated activities to foster a sense of independence in the belief that gives children a sense of worth. RCN staff ensures that all activities for play and traditional lessons are developmentally appropriate in the classroom setting.

RCN encourages teachers to achieve and maintain excellence by participating in ongoing professional developments. Our teachers keep up to date in the ever-changing academic field of early childhood education through course work, workshops, and reading professional journals. We at RCN are committed to the concept of "Community of Learners" and know such a community cannot be achieved without a partnership between parents and teachers.

We teach the whole child:
Practice positive discipline.
Empower parents to participate.
Integrate creativity.
Kind Community.
Best Teachers.
